An old porch with rotting posts and decking was demoed and then rebuilt to this sun room. Sky lights were installed, new posts were installed with new footings going down 3 feet into the ground for proper stabilization. The entire floor was leveled, insulated, then new decking was installed. New windows were ordered then framed in. Barb was very happy after we were finished!
